Join us in celebrating the 39th year of Southern Illinois Hunting and Fishing Days!
Please Mark Your Calendars for this year’s event that is currently scheduled for Saturday, September 26 & Sunday, September 27, 2026. We hope that with your support this year will be our biggest event yet. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
Southern Illinois Hunting and Fishing Days is the largest celebration of National Hunting and Fishing Days in the country. We have 200 plus vendors crowd into the event that weekend and 35,000 plus sportsmen that show up every year. Established in 1987, the event has hosted over 1 million sportsmen and their families. We invite you to be a part of it.
The event was created to celebrate our heritage of hunting and fishing in Illinois. It is an educational, family event, dedicated to teaching ethics, safety and conservation in order to enhance the outdoor experience.
